1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our gallery, online shop and contact form.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Grundke & Jäger Glassart GmbH.
The display of the products in the gallery does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time here on this page.
All information and product descriptions accessible before the order confirmation is submitted, in particular on the website, in brochures, catalogs, price lists or other material from Grundke & Jäger Glassart, are exclusively for informational purposes and therefore non-binding, unless they are expressly designated as binding. In particular, they are not part of the contract and/or represent a guarantee for certain properties of the objects.
3. Delivery conditions, shipping, shipping costs
Delivery
If the contract is concluded and payment is received by Grundke & Jäger Glassart, Grundke & Jäger Glassart will ship the work. Orders will only be delivered if all previous deliveries have already been paid for.
We try to adhere to shipping times. However, delays may occur. All delivery times are therefore non-binding estimates.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the delivered goods do not fit through the customer's entrance door, front door or staircase or because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address specified by him, even though the delivery time was announced to the customer, the customer is responsible for this Customer the additional costs incurred due to the unsuccessful delivery.
Shipping costs purchase:
Deliveries within Germany are free. For deliveries to other European countries or third countries, the shipping costs are calculated separately, taking into account any additional shipping and customs fees and taxes for import, etc.

4. Prices, payment
All prices on our online platform are gross prices including statutory sales tax, if applicable. The prices apply at the time of ordering.
When purchasing works from Grundke & Jäger Glassart, the gross total amount of the order, consisting of the gross purchase price and, if applicable, shipping costs, must be paid within 5 working days of the order confirmation being sent.
The following payment methods are available to you in our shop and in general:
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. In principle, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Grundke & Jäger Glassart until full payment has been made.
Prior to the transfer of ownership, resale, rental, pledging, assignment as security, processing, other disposal or redesign is not permitted without the express written consent of Grundke & Jäger Glassart.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability law applies.
The limitation period for claims for defects for used items is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
in case of injury to life, body or health

7. Contract manufacturing
Full payment is made upon order confirmation. A photo of the work will be sent during the manufacturing process and after completion. If you don't like the picture, 50 % of the order total remains with the contractor for materials and expenses.
8. Liability
We always have unlimited liability for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
in case of injury to life, body or health
